Vinit Dungarwal is an innovative and performance-driven entrepreneur with a deep passion for engineering business. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, a specialisation in Construction Management from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management And Research), and a Diploma in Finance from ICFAI, Vinit brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the table.
As the founder of AMs, Vinit has established a company that provides comprehensive consulting, construction, and collaboration services to cater to various business needs. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Vinit constantly seeks new opportunities to grow and expand the business, ensuring its success in a competitive market.
One of Vinit’s key strengths lies in his proficiency in Spiritual Thinking, a distinctive way of thinking that transcends conditioned patterns. This spiritual approach to leadership allows him to be a conscious and mindful leader, driving the company forward with a holistic perspective. Vinit strongly believes that spirituality should not be reserved for later stages of life, but embraced from an early age.
Throughout his journey as a first-generation entrepreneur, Vinit has encountered and successfully navigated numerous challenging situations. His high adversity quotient has played a pivotal role in overcoming obstacles and achieving remarkable results. The inception of AMs was marked by a 100-day Proof of Concept and a 1000-day business plan, both backed by Vinit’s pledge to entrepreneurship. Today, AMs proudly celebrates its 16th foundation day, a testament to the company’s endurance and passion for excellence.

Raghunath S Inamdar, Director at AMs, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality and Construction industry. His expertise lies in stakeholder negotiations and management, project control, risk identification and management, as well as energy audits.
With an impressive portfolio, Raghunath has successfully executed projects across various sectors, including Hospitality, Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, and Institutional. Notable projects he has been involved in include Taj Blue Diamond, Royal Orchid Central, KSB Pumps, Reliance Industries, Columbia Asia (now Manipal Hospitals), American School of Bombay, Bitwise, and many more.Raghunath’s achievements in the field are exemplified by the successful implementation of over 200 energy audits. He brings extensive industry knowledge and insights to every project, enabling him to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional results. On a personal level, Raghunath enjoys gardening as a hobby. His multifaceted expertise, combined with his passion for sustainability and green initiatives, make him a valuable asset to the AMs team.
Puneet Arora

Puneet Arora, our Executive Director at AMs, brings expertise in Strategy Formulation, Operations, Project Risk Assessment, and Business Development. With a diverse background in sectors like Cement, Manufacturing, Auto, Logistics, and Chemicals, Puneet’s career demonstrates exceptional management skills.
In leadership roles, Puneet shaped industrial project development businesses and enhanced services for Developer Projects. He focuses on expanding our business, introducing new service lines, and collaborating with multinational organisations. With a decade in the Indian Army, Puneet’s command experience equips him to excel in dynamic project delivery scenarios.
Puneet holds a postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and double graduation degrees in B.Tech (Civil) and B.Sc. Having served as a Trainer with Dale Carnegie and currently being invited to select students for EPGP at IIM Bangalore. Puneet’s journey showcases his ability to navigate industries, lead teams, and deliver exceptional results. His dedication and expertise make him an invaluable asset.
An avid runner and a family man, Puneet enjoys outdoor sports and reading and is a passionate fan of Pink Floyd and Manchester United.
Sabarikanth.K

Sabarikanth.K is the Vice President of our company, overseeing business operations and development in South India and the National Capital Region from our Bangalore office. With extensive experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of expertise in various project types.
His key expertise lies in industrial projects, including automobile industries, pharmaceutical facilities, FMCG facilities, manufacturing and paint shops. He has successfully managed both pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and conventional buildings for these projects. Sabarikanth.K has also been instrumental in managing multiple warehouse projects for developers as well as internal developments for e-commerce companies across India. His proficiency extends to high-rise buildings, encompassing IT buildings, campuses, educational and hostel buildings, and data centre projects. He has experience working with precast, post-tensioned (PT), and conventional building methods for these projects.
In addition to his project management skills, Sabarikanth.K has expertise in interior works, including office area interior fit-out works, warehouse interior fit-outs, and R&D facilities. He has also been involved in infrastructure works such as bridges and flyovers for railways, railway stations, and test tracks for two-wheelers and off-road highway trucks. Sabarikanth.K’s wide-ranging experience and skill set make him a valuable asset in managing and overseeing various types of projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
Anand Dhoka

Anand Poonamand Dhoka, AGM at AMs, is an expert in procurement and contracts. With a B.E. in Civil Engineering and 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Anand has successfully managed diverse projects, including IT, institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Anand’s notable achievements include receiving the AESA award for best project management on the Avasara project. His roles in previous projects involved budgeting, procurement, design coordination, and handling operational escalations. With specialised training in procurement, Anand possesses skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, quality control, and regulatory compliance. His industry knowledge allows him to navigate complex projects and deliver results in challenging environments.
On a personal note, Anand enjoys hobbies such as singing and trekking. His diverse expertise, combined with his passion for personal growth and outdoor activities, make him a valuable asset to the AMs team.
