Vinit Dungarwal is an innovative and performance-driven entrepreneur with a deep passion for engineering business. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, a specialisation in Construction Management from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management And Research), and a Diploma in Finance from ICFAI, Vinit brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the table.
As the founder of AMs, Vinit has established a company that provides comprehensive consulting, construction, and collaboration services to cater to various business needs. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Vinit constantly seeks new opportunities to grow and expand the business, ensuring its success in a competitive market.
One of Vinit’s key strengths lies in his proficiency in Spiritual Thinking, a distinctive way of thinking that transcends conditioned patterns. This spiritual approach to leadership allows him to be a conscious and mindful leader, driving the company forward with a holistic perspective. Vinit strongly believes that spirituality should not be reserved for later stages of life, but embraced from an early age.
Throughout his journey as a first-generation entrepreneur, Vinit has encountered and successfully navigated numerous challenging situations. His high adversity quotient has played a pivotal role in overcoming obstacles and achieving remarkable results. The inception of AMs was marked by a 100-day Proof of Concept and a 1000-day business plan, both backed by Vinit’s pledge to entrepreneurship. Today, AMs proudly celebrates its 16th foundation day, a testament to the company’s endurance and passion for excellence.

With an impressive portfolio, Raghunath has successfully executed projects across various sectors, including Hospitality, Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, and Institutional. Notable projects he has been involved in include Taj Blue Diamond, Royal Orchid Central, KSB Pumps, Reliance Industries, Columbia Asia (now Manipal Hospitals), American School of Bombay, Bitwise, and many more.Raghunath’s achievements in the field are exemplified by the successful implementation of over 200 energy audits. He brings extensive industry knowledge and insights to every project, enabling him to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional results. On a personal level, Raghunath enjoys gardening as a hobby. His multifaceted expertise, combined with his passion for sustainability and green initiatives, make him a valuable asset to the AMs team.

commercial, defence, and infrastructure sectors. Experienced in driving business growth
across India through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, and
successful project conversions. Possesses 2 years of international professional experience
and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and market expansion capabilities.
Holds an MBA in Marketing, PGDMM, and is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor.
Academic topper at the institute level and recognised for strategic thinking, leadership
excellence, and delivering sustainable business growth.

Hemangi is the Associate Vice President – Design, leading the creative direction and delivery
of premium corporate interior environments with a strong focus on contemporary
workplace design. With extensive experience as a Design Head across large-scale corporate
projects, she specializes in creating refined, future-ready workspaces that integrate
aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity.
Known for her design leadership and detail-oriented approach, she brings a strong
understanding of international workplace trends and premium interior experiences,
delivering spaces that enhance both business performance and user experience.
Beyond work, she is passionate about sketching, reading, and travelling, which continue to
inspire her creative and design perspective.
Anand Dhoka

Anand Poonamand Dhoka, AGM at AMs, is an expert in procurement and contracts. With a B.E. in Civil Engineering and 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Anand has successfully managed diverse projects, including IT, institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Anand’s notable achievements include receiving the AESA award for best project management on the Avasara project. His roles in previous projects involved budgeting, procurement, design coordination, and handling operational escalations. With specialised training in procurement, Anand possesses skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, quality control, and regulatory compliance. His industry knowledge allows him to navigate complex projects and deliver results in challenging environments.
On a personal note, Anand enjoys hobbies such as singing and trekking. His diverse expertise, combined with his passion for personal growth and outdoor activities, make him a valuable asset to the AMs team.

Ronti Gogoi is an accomplished project management leader with over a decade ofexperience delivering complex, high-value projects. As a Regional Lead, he oversees end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless execution, resource optimization, and adherence to quality standards. His leadership is defined by a strong focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.
Throughout his career, Ronti has successfully managed large-scale fit-out projects and
implemented streamlined processes that improve efficiency and delivery timelines. His progression from management trainee to regional leadership reflects deep expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and operational strategy. Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Advanced Construction Management, complemented by advanced executive education at The Wharton School. Certified in PMP®, ScrumMaster® and Six Sigma Green Belt, Ronti combines technical proficiency with strategic insight to consistently deliver value-driven solutions.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ronti is passionate about music and enjoys playing the guitar. He also has a keen interest in collecting premium diecast models, reflecting his appreciation for craftsmanship and detail.

over a decade of experience in delivering complex construction, fit-out, industrial,
institutional, and infrastructure projects across India. As Regional Head – West at AMs
Project Consultants Pvt. Ltd., he leads regional operations, project delivery, business
development, and client engagement initiatives, ensuring projects are executed with the
highest standards of quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Throughout his career, Lintu has successfully led large-scale projects across commercial,
healthcare, industrial, institutional, and data center sectors. His expertise spans project
management consulting, construction management, project controls, risk mitigation,
contract administration, business development, and operational excellence. Recognized for
his results-driven leadership and strategic approach, he has been instrumental in
strengthening client relationships, driving business growth, and leading high-performing
teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Construction
Management (M.E.), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), providing him with a unique blend of
technical, managerial, and contractual expertise. He has further enhanced his professional
capabilities through globally recognized certifications, including PMP® (Project Management

securing repeat business from esteemed clients. Having successfully delivered critical
projects across a multitude of distinct verticals, Suhas actively leverages a vast repository of
