Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to generate and drive qualified leads to successful closure. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a strategic mindset, and the ability to engage with potential clients. This role requires market research, lead management, and proactive networking to build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and industry connections (IPC, Developers, Brokers, Architects, Liaison Agents, etc.).
  • Effectively communicate AMs’s value proposition to potential customers.
  • Conduct initial client discussions, understand project requirements, and prepare technical & commercial proposals.
  • Track and manage leads from initial contact to closure, maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Confidently prepare proposals and present services via online or face-to-face meetings.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to AMs’s overall sales goals and profitability.
  • Work closely with sales, estimation, and operations teams to develop strong internal collaboration.
  • Seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media (LinkedIn, SEO, etc.).
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the real estate, construction, or project management industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, networking, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Experience in proposal writing and techno-commercial discussions.
  • Knowledge of project management consultancy services and industry trends.
