Job Overview:

Vendor & Consultant Management
• Increase consultant, vendor & supplier database.
• Meet/interact with previous clients, admins, and mediators for new opportunities
• Lead generation through BIZiverse .
• Implement a vendor recognition program .
• Improve efficiency in project delivery in terms of cost & material delivery
• BTS – Bid at 20% and close projects at 15%

Purchase Management
• Generate monthly procurement reports and update procurement plans project-wise
• Follow up with vendors/suppliers/consultants for timely quotation submissions
• Inspect delivered material as per PO and provide feedback to suppliers
• Obtain a minimum of 3 quotes before finalizing vendors/suppliers
• Negotiate effectively and implement reverse auctions for major projects
• Coordinate & track vendor deliveries and follow up via email weekly
• Manage vendor samples/mock-ups and generate monthly cost reports (Budget vs PO vs Paid)

Cost Management
• Prepare quantity sheets, rate analysis, and accurate cost estimations
• Develop pricing strategies for industrial and fit-out projects
• Standardize BOQs for Industrial, Fit-outs, and Commercial building projects
• Track extra project costs and mitigate overruns with change control every 15 days
• Monitor material rates for Civil & Interior materials monthly
• Update MEP service price lists quarterly (cable, copper pipes, fixtures, OEMs)
• Conduct vendor visits every Friday
• Prepare cost appraisal reports and suggest value engineering for cost/time optimization

Contract Management
• Analyze tenders and prepare reports for timely submissions
• Prepare comparison reports, LORs, and service agreements
• Implement ERP (AMS Customized PO format) for suppliers
• Organize pre-bid meetings and document MOM
• Document procurement lessons learned after each project
• Conduct monthly win/loss analysis reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement for residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of PMC processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of commercial & industrial projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or Quality Management are a plus.
